My heat pump arrived today, and I have picked it up. I must say that I am thrilled with the heat pump. The build quality and the materials used are excellent. Along with the heat pump, I also got a 60-liter buffer/volumizer, which is also of top-notch quality. Regarding my collaboration with SunRain and Mr. Andy, I am beyond satisfied. At the very beginning, I had many questions, but Mr. Andy was extremely kind, highly knowledgeable, and patient in answering each one. He is a dedicated, meticulous, and articulate professional who gives 100% of himself to help with selecting the right heat pump. Everything went as agreed, and I highly recommend working with them. Very reliable manufacturer and great products. The R290 6KW heatpump is installed and tested with great succes and will replace another brand. The control panel upgrade is really advisable in order to get full control of the heatpump. Defrost mode is industry best in class and compared to other brands reducing 50% of the time needed. Pre-programmed temperature curves are spot on and will help you simplify the adjustment to the home. By using the included APP the curves are easy to programm in order to adjust to the customer needs. Energy saving mode will make the unit whisper quit. Did I mention the great serviceand support of the sales-men?
